Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at any BabyView3D studio.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred sonographer and time slot are available.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but are not guaranteed a specific time slot or sonographer.

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $25 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment slot. This deposit is applied toward your total session fee.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, gift cards, and approved store credits.

Refunds for deposits are available when cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance.

If your preferred time slot is fully booked, you may join the waiting list at no cost.

You will be automatically notified by email and SMS if a spot becomes available.

Spots offered through the waiting list are first-come, first-served and must be confirmed within 2 hours of notification.

Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during booking, you consent to receive text messages from BabyView3D.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
